Hi, I’m Cristina Falcón — designer, mother, and founder of SKÅGFÄ.
And like many things in life, this didn’t start in a studio or a boardroom. It started around our kitchen table.
With our kids. Our mess. Our joy.
I didn’t set out to build a brand. I just love designing and making things with my hands. First, I stitched a little floor blanket for my daughter. Then, when she needed a bib that actually covered her, I designed one in my style — and even an apron she’d be excited to wear.
That’s how it all began: first for us… and now for everyone who lives the way we do — imperfect, playful, intentional.

When our children wanted to cut their own vegetables, we designed Träkniv, a wooden knife that gave them confidence.
Because I believe childhood should be trusted, and that cooking together is one of the best places to start.
That’s how Klyv was born — a real knife for real little hands. Thoughtfully shaped, joyfully colored, and responsibly made with 30% wheat straw.
Designed not just to cut — but to invite them in, into the kitchen. Into the moment. Into their own sense of ability.
Because when children feel part of the process, they’re more curious.
They explore. They taste.
They’re more open to trying new foods — even the green ones!
Klyv is not just a knife — it’s a tool to start healthy habits.
It’s an invitation to cook together, eat together, and build a lifelong relationship with food.
